Job Descriptions:
Coaches: (Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Football) Review daily point, lead stretch/ warm up, teach basic skills, drills, possible scrimmage/ games, encourage/ watch team cheers
Team Leaders: Chaperone teams (about 12 kids) as they rotate sports, crafts, etc; Children are divided into groups by age, allowing coaches and group leaders to adjust activities to the child’s level of development. Assist station leaders as needed; prepare short daily lessons; build relationships with the kids and talk 1-on-1 with each child throughout the week to assess spiritual beliefs in an effort to lead them to Christ.
Craft Leaders: Work with children as they express their creativity through craft projects. Assist in the planning and preparation of these crafts.
Music Leaders: Lead fun, energetic songs in the mornings and afternoons to provide activity and participation, particularly while waiting for groups to assemble.
