Sundays 9:30 - 10:30 AM
This is a time for children to study God's word in an age appropriate environment and interact with their peers. During this time children will experience a Bible story, work on a related project, and sing songs.
Sundays 10:50 AM -12:00 PM
A wonderful time for children to discover how they can participate with their families in worship through singing, prayer, reading the Bible, and listening to the message from scripture. Children have a special place in our corporate worship during "Children's Time" with Pastor Rodney, when our pastor takes a few moments during worship to sit with the children and talk about God's love. After Children's Time, parents of preschoolers have the option to take their children to the nursery area for age-appropriate activities. Many of our parents choose to keep their children in worship and enjoy the opportunity to model worship for their family.
Children's Choir *
Sundays 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Children in 1st-6th grade learn to express themselves through music and drama in ways that contribute to worship. This group sings in worship, as well as presents scripture readings during Sunday morning worship.
Preschool Music and Missions *
Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Young children enjoy this time when they are encouraged to play through music and learn about God's love for people here and across the world.
Kids With A Purpose *
Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:45 PM
Grade school children have the opportunity to play, study the Bible, and learn how people across our nation and the world share the love of Jesus. Adult volunteers use age appropriate activities to help children become more familiar with the Bible, finding scripture and memorizing key passages. In the area of missions, each child will participate in activities designed to discover how they can impact our community and the world for Christ. We are currently using programs that divide the boys and girls for missions experiences. Royal Ambassadors (RAs) is a program for boys to be mentored by Christian men to reach a world that needs Jesus. Girls in Action (GAs) places Christian women in a position to lead girls toward impacting the world through missions as well.
* These activities are offered during the school year
